I’m glad I got it because it’s definitely worth it, but I happened to buy it at the worst time budget-wise, so it felt a little pricey. Not cheap, but I don’t really regret it.

I had an issue with my order, and to be fair, customer support did eventually get it sorted out. That said, the whole process took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up a couple of times to keep things moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely a bit frustrating.

I ordered from patrickta.com and, to be fair, the product itself was totally fine once it arrived. The main issue was the tracking. It barely updated for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on or when to expect it. It did get to me eventually, just later than I had assumed. I wouldn’t call it a bad experience overall, but clearer shipping info would make a big difference.

The box showed up damaged, and the shade was missing... disappointing since I was expecting everything to be included and ready to use

Ordered from patrickta.com and I’m really happy with it. The finish is smooth and the glow is without being too much. Shipping was fine too. I’d buy again.

My order from Patrick Ta showed up packed nicely. The product was safe, nothing leaked, and everything inside was totally fine. At first I was like, okay great, no complaints. But then I noticed the outer box had this little dent and suddenly I was kind of annoyed, like come on, can it not arrive looking a little beat up? It’s not a huge deal, but I do wish it looked cleaner when it got here

I did get my items, and the shipping time was okay, but one of the shades was wrong. It felt like my order wasn’t checked carefully before being packed, which is frustrating. A little more attention to detail would’ve made a big difference.

It picks up way too much product, then drags oddly on my skin, so I end up wiping it off every time before using it. That just feels messy and wasteful. I really wanted to like patrickta.com because the products look beautiful and the branding is definitely tempting, but I just don’t feel super confident ordering from them anymore. I’ve seen too many mixed reviews and random stories online, and it kind of makes me second-guess buying direct from the site.
For a higher-end beauty brand, I expect the whole experience to feel a lot more trustworthy and clear. I also got that uneasy feeling like there could be extra charges or little fees popping up somewhere in the process, which doesn’t help. Maybe other people have had totally fine experiences, but personally I don’t feel comfortable buying again.

I ordered from Patrick Ta and was pleasantly surprised by how well this blends. It doesn’t just sit on top of my skin — it kind of melts in quickly whether I use a brush or even just my fingers. I’m not a pro at makeup, so I really appreciate products that are easy to fix if I accidentally apply too much. This went on smoothly and didn’t get patchy at all.

Every time I go to buy the shade I want, it’s already sold out. And then the restock takes so long that I just kind of lose interest. I tried a few times, but yeah, I pretty much gave up.

The products look really nice on the site, but the photos seem almost a little too perfect, if that makes sense. I’d guess it would be way easier to choose if there were more real skin swatches and maybe a few clearer shade photos in different lighting. Right now it’s kind of hard to tell what you’re actually getting, so buying feels like a bit of a gamble.

I like the range of shades overall, and it’s easy to find something that works. I just wish there were a few more undertones included, because it feels like they’re missing in some areas
